TYPT 90° Dual Output Right Angle Head — ISO30 / 2 x ER25, 7,500 RPM

This TYPT 90° right angle head (side milling head) mounts on woodworking CNC machining centers and CNC milling machines. Its output shaft is perpendicular to the machine spindle, letting you machine vertical side faces in a single setup. Both ends of the head carry an ER25 collet, so two tools can be loaded at the same time and two symmetrical side faces can be machined in one pass — doubling efficiency on box-type and frame-type workpieces.

• Dual-end through output — both the left and right ends are ER25 collet holders, so two tools can be installed at the same time. Two symmetrical side faces are machined in a single pass, doubling efficiency.
• 360° adjustable angle — a graduated ring (0° to 180° scale) in the middle allows the output direction to be rotated around the spindle, adapting to side machining requirements in any orientation.
• Air / oil cooling port — the metal tube on the top of the head is used for internal cooling and lubrication, improving chip evacuation and extending tool life.
• Real-time temperature monitoring — the THERMINDEX temperature window on the lower part of the head displays operating temperature and prevents damage from overheating.
