The pneumatic floating contour tracking trimming assembly is the corner rounding unit mounted after the end trimming station. 

1. Product Overview

The unit uses two opposing high speed trimming motors carried on a pneumatic floating slide. 

2. Key Features

• Smooth front and rear radius: the two opposing heads trim the leading and trailing corner in one pass, removing the sharp corner and the glue line left by end trimming.
• No step marks: the floating structure absorbs vibration and small positioning errors, which prevents steps, chatter marks and burn marks on the radius.
• Direct fit: mounting position, working height and air connections match the original KDT layout, so the unit can be installed on the machine frame without modification.
• Wear resistant parts: hardened guide rails and sealed rollers keep the accuracy stable through long production shifts in a dust heavy workshop.

Used on the corner rounding station of automatic edge banding lines for cabinet furniture, wardrobe, office furniture and panel based furniture production.
