This scraper assembly removes cutting marks, ripples and glue lines left after trimming. It delivers a smooth and clean edge surface of the edge tape. The upper and lower scrapers can be adjusted separately to fit different edge radii. It is a replacement spare part for KDT automatic edge banding machines.

• Removes Cutting Marks and Ripples: The scraper blades shave off the fine marks and ripples left by the trimming cutters, so the tape edge feels smooth instead of stepped.
• Clean Glue Line Removal: Surplus glue squeezed onto the panel face is scraped away at the same time, leaving a clean panel surface with no hard glue beads.
• Separate Upper Lower Adjustment: Upper and lower scrapers are adjusted independently, so the top and bottom edges can be set to match the tape thickness and radius on each side.
• Fits Different Edge Radii: The scraper position follows the edge radius, which keeps pressure even on radiused and soft-formed edges without digging into the tape.
