The VCBL-K2 125x75x50 L vacuum suction cup is a consumable vacuum block built for Homag CNC machining centres. The L (longitudinal) orientation positions the sealing lip along the machine axis, which suits lengthwise holding of long panels and narrow strips during routing, drilling and edge processing. It is a direct replacement for the Schmalz VCBL-K2 125x75x50 series, L version.

Melamine faced board, MDF, HDF, plywood, solid wood, HPL and composite panels — including thin panels where a long sealing frame is needed to stop the sheet lifting at the tool.
Push the pod onto the console, check that the lip sits flat on the panel with no gap at the corners, then verify holding force before the first cut. Inspect the lip weekly for nicks and hardening; replace the gasket when vacuum loss or panel slip appears. Keeping a spare set of L pods on the shelf avoids downtime when a lip is damaged mid-shift.
Tell us the pod size, the direction letter (L or Q) and how many consoles you run, and we will quote the matching set together with replacement lips. OEM and custom lip hardness are available for volume orders.
