Traditional glue pots often leave visible glue lines on sealed edges, apply excessive glue, and require frequent cleaning of the sealing plate, interrupting production and increasing labor. Developed with 4.0 patented intelligent edge sealing technology, the Tshare XE MQX-B is a full servo glue pot that uses a no rubber box design, fully sealed and requiring no cleaning. It achieves precise and stable gluing and solves the pain point of large glue amounts, glue lines and difficult-to-clean sealing plates.

How The No-Clean Design Works:

Glue comes out from the platen, flows through the conveyor into the gluing channel, enters the glue inlet mouth and is directly coated onto the gluing shaft. The whole process achieves closed-loop sealing of the glue supply, and the glue outlets are one-way valves that prevent glue reflux and the entry of air — so the glue pot does not need to be cleaned.
